Delete your Zerider account

This applies to the Zerider rider app and the Zerider Driver app. One account covers both, so deleting it removes your access to both.

What happens when you delete

Deleted straight away, and not recoverable:

Your name, email address, phone number and profile photo
Your saved home and work addresses
Your password and every signed-in session, on all devices

Kept, without your contact details, because the law or safety requires it:

Records of trips and deliveries you took or drove
Payment, payout and wallet records
Safety reports, and a driver’s vehicle and document review history

You can also delete your account in the app: in Zerider, open Settings, then Privacy; in Zerider Driver, open Account, then Privacy & data.
